I'm a homeowner so I was looking for a nice level that would suit the needs of a homeowner. This was perfect. The price for it was very good with free shipping. The quality of the level isn't bad but it isn't the best either. Like others if I drop it more than 2 feet off the ground I'm afraid that it will break. I'm sure if I would have paid a lot more money I could have gotten a better quality level but I didn't need that.
If you are looking to do projects around the house, I recommend getting the 42" and the 24" levels. Sometimes the 42" is too big for small things like frames.
I highly recommend Stanley tools. They are made in the US. I own a lot of quality Stanley tools.

I needed a nice big level as a new homeowner. If you are like me, you are on a budget, but want something decent... This fit the profile for me... Used it for multiple projects and the results are perfectly level... The yellow finish is very good too and will allow easy marking with pencil, then wipes away with your finger...
