Returned because it came with no markings at all, although the description and picture clearly indicate both english and metric scales on beam. The locking device (on the side that can't be seen in the picture) is a big, yellow, poorly molded, rough-turning PLASTIC screw. Description should really say, "Beechwood and plastic construction."
